Sometimes it is possible to change dosages, after consulting with the doctor and subject to his approval.

What is required to perform the treatment?

For your health, vitamin infusion service requires approval from our doctor. Therefore, you will be required to provide us with a document with an up-to-date medical background, and possibly also up-to-date blood tests, depending on the doctor's request. After we receive the doctor's approval to perform the treatment (usually the same day), we can schedule a time and come to you to administer the infusion.

Are there any side effects to the treatment?

In most cases, the treatment proceeds without side effects. There may be common and non-dangerous symptoms such as headaches, a bitter taste in the mouth and nausea, which usually pass by the end of the treatment. It is important to note - with any new medication taken, there is a chance of hypersensitivity / allergic reaction. Based on medical background and previous sensitivities, our doctor tries to identify people at risk, and may not approve the treatment for them in advance. In rare cases, even healthy people with no known background sensitivities may experience a mild or severe allergy to one of the components of the infusion. In such a situation, it is necessary to seek medical treatment in an emergency room.

I scheduled a treatment, I regretted it and I want to cancel. What happens?

You can change your treatment date at no additional charge up to 4 hours before the treatment time. If you cancel your treatment up to 24 hours before the treatment time, you will receive a full refund.
